Fluffy Brown Butter French Toast with Crunchy Salt
I am the type of person who looks forward to their morning coffee the night before I go to bed. I love the caffeine, the hot comfort and the roasted flavour. Pairing it with something perfect to eat just puts me in a very happy place. As you might know by now I am not big on dessert....but I can take a sweet in the morning with my black coffee most definitely.
French Toast or Eggy Bread is easy, tastes incredible and is great for using up old bread. You are literally
saving (life saver style) bread that is on the verge of a sad moldy existence and turning into something fluffy and sweetly magical. If you fry your bread in salted browned butter, top it with powdered sugar, a rich maple syrup and a hint of crunchy salt it makes it next- level good. It's the perfect morning coffee accompaniment....it's one to dream about♥️.
